MAC Panel has a long history of supplying ATE solutions for the commercial marketplace. With the increase in computer controls in almost every form of electronic products, there has been an increase in the requirement for functional testing in the commercial market.
We provide comprehensive interconnect solutions for ATE systems that use industry standard instrument chassis made by Agilent, National Instruments, Pickering and others to house the majority of instrumentation requirements.
For ATE systems using primarily PXI instrumentation, our SCOUT system provides interconnect solutions for the most popular PXI instruments on the marketplace today and we continue to work closely with PXI instrument suppliers to support new instruments as they are developed.
Alternatively, ATE systems may integrate components without the use of an industry standard chassis, typically referred to as "rack and stack" systems. In a "rack and stack" ATE setup, instrument components are mounted in a rack and interconnected via cable to a mass interconnect device.
For those applications, our TITAN system sets the standard for mass interconnect performance, configuration modularity and long term reliability.
MAC Panel also provides a family of smaller electrical connectors, known as LIF (Low Insertion Force) connectors which are used through out the ATE market to connect UUT's (Units Under Test), as well as providing interconnect options for other instrument components.
